Learning and Development:

• Facilitated Faculty Development Programmes for 500+ faculty members across various engineering colleges in Telangana and AP in the areas of Technology, Pedagogy and Soft Skills assisted them to become effective in their career.

• ​Facilitated Professional Development Programme for 60+ teachers, organized by Academic Staff College, University of Hyderabad for faculty of degree colleges from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

• Conducted various personality development sessions for more than 1500 students from various engineering colleges and schools.

• Helped in organizing a 2-day interactive workshop on Instructional Design for e-Content Development for 50+ participants, conducted by EnhanceEdu, IIIT-H in partnership with British Council and VNR VJIET.

​Instructional Design: Managed a project initiated by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) that involved course development in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. This encompassed Instructional Design aspects of the project, working with Subject Experts and Research Associates and project coordination.

UWH Signature Program: With vested interest in academic projects that aim at enhancing abilities of under-privileged children, she worked on this two-year project in collaboration with Bodhaguru, Deloitte, United Way of Hyderabad that aimed at enhancing the learning abilities of children from Rainbow Homes Organization in twin cities of Secunderabad and Hyderabad. This project involved working with 32 teachers and 800+ students across 16 homes in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. She is involved in teacher motivation, training, mentoring, and project coordination and monitoring. This collaborative initiative showed a significant improvement in learning ability and knowledge base of children.

Course Development: Contributed to the course material for Post Graduate Diploma in Education Technology and Management (PGD-ETM), which is being jointly offered by NAARM and University of Hyderabad in distance education mode to enhance the competency of faculty and quality and efficiency of Agricultural Universities and other academic institutions by integrating technology in the instructional system. Ms Kaumudi participated in the brainstorming discussion on Strategies for Adopting Technology Enhanced Learning in Agricultural Education and contributed to listing out courses, blocks, units and top-level contents for the PGDETM programme. She prepared material for eight units - Programmed learning materials, Non-projected & Projected Aids, Educational Technology for Skill Development, Presentation Skills, Engaging Students in Learning, Credit System and Choice-based Credit System, Awarding Marks, and Assignment & Feedback.

Technical Experience: Ms Kaumudi has 10+ years of corporate experience across India and US in the field of VLSI Design. She has worked with organizations like Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, Qualcomm, Sun Microsystems, Synplicity and ATI.
